Daytime closures of part B2067 Aldington Road, Court-at-Street, near Folkestone are planned from Tuesday 23 February 2021 for up to 4 days, between 8.00 am and 6.00 pm each day.
B2067 Aldington Road will be closed in the general vicinity of Manor Farm, with no through access between the junctions with Roman Road and Harringe Lane.
The alternative route for through traffic is via B2067 Knoll Hill, Boat Lane, New Road Hill, Forge Lane, Roman Road, Station Road, Evegate Mill Lane, Station Road, A20 Hythe Road, Main Road, Barrow Hill, Ashford Road and B2067 Otterpool Lane back to Aldington Road.
Local access to the remainder of the B2067 continues from either direction up to where the road is actually closed.
The closures are to enable telegraph pole replacement works to be carried out by Kelly Communications, working with BT Openreach.
